My wife and I have been going to Blue Crab Fitness from the time it started in the Fleece’s driveway. We have made this an important part of our lives, and have reaped the benefits of it. Not only on the fitness side, but from the community at Blue Crab that we have come to know. The child care that is provided at Blue Crab has become vital to my attendance. Without it, this would not be possible. The trainers here have been crucial to me overcoming a shoulder injury, and I could say now, that the mobility I have at this point would not have been possible without them.
