Our Blue Crab Athlete class is geared toward the middle and high school athlete. Each class offers strength and skill training along with metcon-style workouts that will compliment the high intensity of high school athletics. We incorporate strength-based movements to build a solid foundation. This includes the squat, press, pull and clean through daily progressions. They will also gain exposure to common bodyweight movements as well as develop increased metabolic conditioning. Classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
