Prep Course

2 1-hour sessions, one-on-one with an expert coach. This course prepares the athlete new to CrossFit to feel comfortable stepping into class.

$100 – 2 private sessions + 1 week free trial


60 minutes of high intensity, constantly varied, functional fitness! Scalable for all fitness levels, ages 10 and up.

CrossFit Kids

For kids ages 5-10 and is a combination of strength and conditioning skills focused on developing a lifelong love of fitness.

Now part of our CrossFit program, with additional coaching support to guarantee each athlete gets the individual attention they deserve. For middle and high school students.


Homeschool Fitness

For ages 5 and up, this is a chance to build strength and learn fitness principles for kids in a homeschool program. Held September through November and January through March.


Personal Training

A tailored approach to your fitness journey. Work one-on-one with an expert coach to meet your specific and unique fitness goals. Inquire about small group personal training.
