Mike found CrossFit through a summer conditioning program a local gym offered to local high school athletes. He was the only one who signed up so he just got a Summer membership instead. Mike saw the effects of CrossFit instantly, being one of the most conditioned on the team, but really started focusing on CrossFit during my Freshman year of college. He loves balancing CrossFit out with other forms of exercise, like bodybuilding, powerlifting, swimming, and biking. Mike’s goal is to always be in good enough shape to do any activity at any given time.
