"Exercise, Eat more, and Be Happy!"

Pre 9 am: dumbell snatcher. 9 to 5: You’ll see me poking eyes. I’m an Optometrist for all your eyecare needs. My husband and I have 2 adult children who live at home (how do we get rid of them?). I think I’m healthier and in better shape than they are. Besides that, you’ll find me at home learning macro recipes and cooking away.

How did you get started at Blue Crab Fitness?
I've always been somewhat active and been wanting to try CrossFit for a long time. When BCF opened nearby 2 years ago, I was all in, and have been a member since!
What is your favorite part about coming to the gym?
I'm excited to conquer the WOD challenges of the day. I look forward to the next WOD every morning and the camaraderie with our common goals.
What is your favorite WOD?
Kelly. Very challenging!
What is your favorite lift?
Snatches! I'm still learning to perfect the form but I think they are so COOL!
Outside of Blue Crab Fitness, what are your favorite things to do?
I love traveling! I love cooking to feed my family. I would love to just curl up on a couch with a cup of coffee and relaxxx~~~ but I never seem to have the time!
What is your favorite cheat meal?
Hawaiian Pizza
What motto or phrase do you live by?

What is your favorite music to listen to while working out?
Anything the coaches are playing :)
What is one thing you have done and/or accomplished at BCF that you never thought you would do?
Box jumps!
